This is 3rd placement using Lindsay and SkyWater, and we have nothing but great things to say about the process, candidate pool, and experience. I am very happy with Lindsay’s ability to understand our business and needs, quickly locate a qualified candidate pool, and provide relevant insight to help us make a decision. Lindsay is very responsive and great to work with. Overall, I am very happy with Lindsay and SkyWater, and will certainly reach out to Lindsay the next time I need a recruiter.

Everything was first class with Claire and SkyWater.  We had good candidates, and Claire was very professional in every aspect of the process.

Courtney was great, and Josh is as well. Only the second candidate we’ve received from Skywater, but I will say, the candidates brought forth by SkyWater have been noticeably better than other recruiters we have worked with. We are a small office, so don’t need new candidates often, but when we do we certainly will be engaging Skywater first. Thank you.

Teige was awesome. Can’t say enough about how professional and responsive he was. He kept me updated and I appreciated how relentless he was following up with me given my busy schedule. He also gave great write-ups of each candidate as a pre-screen that was very helpful. Would love working with him again in the future!

Teige was excellent to work with. He had a great pipeline of candidates and was not deterred by our numerous requirements. We were all very impressed with each candidate he presented and he was persistent to ensure he received timely follow-up but also super patient. I would definitely work with him again if we have the need in the future.

Lindsay was great to work with. She understands our size and need and truly brought forward talent both local to Fargo as well as those willing to commute or relocate. We were very impressed, and she truly felt like an extension of our company in the process.
