Everything was first class with Claire and SkyWater.  We had good candidates, and Claire was very professional in every aspect of the process.

Courtney was great, and Josh is as well. Only the second candidate we’ve received from Skywater, but I will say, the candidates brought forth by SkyWater have been noticeably better than other recruiters we have worked with. We are a small office, so don’t need new candidates often, but when we do we certainly will be engaging Skywater first. Thank you.

This was a challenging role to fill, and we had a few hiccups throughout the process with candidates declining our offer as well as pushing for a senior title, which was a non-negotiable on our end. With Tom’s knowledge of our company and understanding of our needs for this role, he did a great job providing solid candidates and navigating some difficult conversations.  Ultimately, we are thrilled with our hire and believe she is the best fit for this role.
