  • Job #53017

Content Partnerships Manager

Preferred Hiring Locations: Sioux Falls, SD; Minneapolis Area, MN; Fargo or Grand Forks, ND
Compensation: $80,000–$105,000 base salary

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing sports media organization to identify a Content Partnerships Manager who can help expand its portfolio of live and on-demand sports content across linear and streaming platforms.

This is a relationship-driven, business development-focused role for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, build partnerships, negotiate deals, and turn relationships into revenue-generating content opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network and understanding of the sports industry—particularly collegiate athletics—and genuine passion for sports and media.

You’ll work directly with colleges, athletic departments, conferences, professional sports organizations, events, and other rights holders to identify and secure compelling content partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business development and content acquisition by identifying, cultivating, and securing new sports content partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, athletic departments, conferences, professional sports organizations, events, and independent rights holders.

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners and provide regular updates to leadership.

  • Lead negotiations for media rights, licensing agreements, and multi-year partnerships.

  • Evaluate potential partnerships, including audience opportunity, financial value, strategic fit, and revenue potential.

  • Develop valuation models and business cases for new partnerships and existing agreements approaching renewal.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, Digital/Streaming, and other teams to bring new content partnerships to life.

  • Develop a proactive acquisition strategy informed by audience demand, industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and related business development initiatives.

  • Stay current on developments across collegiate athletics, professional sports, streaming, broadcast, and the evolving sports media landscape.

  • Represent the organization at campuses, conferences, industry events, and other relevant gatherings.

What We’re Looking For

The strongest candidate will bring a combination of sports industry expertise, business development experience, relationship-building skills, and commercial acumen.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, content acquisition, media rights, sports media, collegiate athletics, or a related field.

  • A proven track record of building partnerships, developing new business, negotiating agreements, and closing deals.

  • Strong understanding of the sports media ecosystem, including streaming, broadcast, licensing, and media rights.

  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for sports, ideally with a strong understanding of collegiate athletics.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to build credibility with senior-level partners and rights holders.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience.

  • Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to evaluate opportunities through both a content and business lens.

  • Comfortable operating independently, managing a pipeline, and proactively creating opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, media, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of a sports media platform—not simply managing existing partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to identify new opportunities, build relationships across the sports industry, negotiate meaningful deals, and help determine what content audiences see next.

If you’re someone who lives and breathes sports, loves building relationships, and has a true business development mindset, this could be a particularly exciting opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $80,000–$105,000, with the actual base salary determined by factors including internal equity, location, and the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and/or individual performance.

Travel: Some travel to campuses, conferences, industry events, and partner meetings will be required. Evening and weekend work may occasionally be necessary based on business and sports schedules.

Senior Marketing Manager

  • Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Job #52880

SkyWater Search is partnering with Omni Workspace to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to build the sales enablement engine for its business development teams. This is a player/coach seat: the person in this role collaborates with the Vice President of Marketing to set the marketing strategy and personally builds the work: proposal templates, RFP/RFI content libraries, account-based marketing programs, and competitive positioning materials.

Omni Workspace is a market leader in commercial interiors and workplace solutions, serving corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and sports organizations through a growing portfolio of brands: Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, Aurora Procurement Solutions, Emerald Blue, Meso Built, and Turnkey Project Services. Atmosphere is by far the largest and highest-volume brand in the portfolio; the others are growing quickly and require the same level of marketing investment and attention.

Today, Omni’s marketing function includes regional marketing specialists (Minneapolis, Madison WI, Phoenix AZ) supporting all six brands under a shared-services model, a Brand and Creative Manager, a Social Media/Content Strategist, and freelance support for copywriting and creative production.

What You’ll Own In This Role:

Sales Enablement Content

– Build proposals, case studies, ROI calculators, competitive positioning

  materials, and brand-specific value propositions.

– Own RFP/RFI strategy, content libraries, and process, including AI-assisted response workflows to speed up turnaround and improve consistency.

– Design and deliver sales training on brand messaging, competitive differentiation, and how to use the assets you build.

Revenue-Linked Marketing Operations

– Build a formalized, trackable lead-to-revenue methodology in partnership with sales

  leadership.

– Run regular pipeline reviews and campaigns aligned to sales’ opportunity stages.

– Design and run account-based marketing programs for key strategic accounts.

Brand & Content Production

– Write and produce sales-facing and external content across all six brands: proposals, case studies, project highlights, thought leadership, newsletters, and press releases (Omni issues these frequently given its acquisition and expansion pace).

– Maintain a critical eye for brand tone and visual consistency across a multi-brand portfolio.

– Contribute directly to design execution (Adobe Illustrator, Canva or similar); this is not a formally trained design role, but visual literacy is required.

– Manage photography vendor relationships for project and case-study visuals.

Systems & Process

– Help lead the transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics from a marketing operations standpoint; CRM experience (either platform, or a comparable one) required.

– Evaluate and improve marketing automation capacity (an identified gap and a near-term priority).

– Help the team get full value from its project management platform

What We’re Looking For

– 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience.

– Direct, hands-on experience building sales enablement infrastructure in a complex, relationship-driven B2B sales cycle, proposal-building experience specifically is the single most important qualifier for this team.

– Experience in commercial interiors, commercial real estate, architecture, design, or construction is strongly preferred. This industry background directly maps to the kind of collateral (proposals, RFPs, project visuals) this role owns day-to-day.

– Comfortable as a true player/coach: sets strategy and does the work personally.

– A systems-thinking orientation: able to build and document processes so that institutional knowledge doesn’t live in one person’s head.

– Comfort with ambiguity and fast-shifting priorities; Omni’s business is seasonal and reactive by nature (proposal timing is largely client-driven).

– CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.

– Financial acumen: experience managing a marketing budget and speaking to ROI.

– Strong writing skills and working design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

Nice to have:

– Experience across a multi-brand or multi-region portfolio.

– MBA or advanced degree.

– Prior people leadership experience (this role is expected to take on direct reports as the team structure evolves).

Amazon Brand Manager

  • Location: Eagan, Minnesota
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Job #52877

Amazon Brand Manager

We have partnered with a leading beauty and personal care company to help grow their team with the addition of an Amazon Brand Manager! This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who wants to own and scale a portfolio of established brands across Amazon. You’ll oversee both Vendor Central and Seller Central  businesses, leading strategy and execution across approximately 100+ SKUs while collaborating with an external Amazon agency and cross-functional teams in marketing, creative, operations, finance, and sales.

If you’re looking for a role where you can truly own the Amazon business and directly influence growth, this is an exciting opportunity!

What you’ll own:

  • Lead the day-to-day performance of six brands on Amazon, including listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and overall channel health.
  • Partner with an external agency to optimize advertising and PDP performance while holding them accountable to KPIs like TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, organic rankings, conversion rate, and share of voice.
  • Develop Amazon content strategy, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, imagery, video, SEO, and listing optimization.
  • Manage ratings and reviews strategy, Subscribe & Save initiatives, and promotional calendars.
  • Oversee the Vendor Central business, including vendor negotiations, chargebacks, shortage claims, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Own Seller Central operations across the remaining brands, including Brand Registry, listing health, suppression resolution, and case management.
  • Partner with Operations on forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and Prime availability.
  • Lead end-to-end Amazon product launches, from ASIN creation and content development to advertising strategy and inventory readiness.
  • Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, monitor competitors, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Protect brand integrity through Brand Registry enforcement, unauthorized seller monitoring, counterfeit reporting, and MAP compliance.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience with ownership of both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).
  • Experience managing multiple brands or a large SKU portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Brand Analytics, Brand Registry, and Amazon best practices.
  • Someone who is both analytical and strategic—you enjoy digging into performance metrics but also know how to influence broader business decisions.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, operations, finance, and agency partners.
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or CPG is a plus but not required.

Why this opportunity stands out:

This role offers true ownership of the Amazon business rather than serving as one piece of a larger eCommerce team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape strategy across multiple brands, influence cross-functional decisions, and make a measurable impact on business growth. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing data, creativity, and commercial strategy in a fast-paced environment.

The role is hybrid in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, with flexibility for fully remote candidates who bring the right Amazon expertise.
